Progressive Services
Upon the contract award, a preliminary walk through is scheduled about 3-7 working
days prior to service start. At this time, a supervisor is introduced to the property
manager and any special requirements are discussed. Each tenant is visited for a walk
through; a detailed list of instructions are made, and reviewed with the property manager.
SECURITY AND SAFETY
Security and safety are major concerns in all buildings. We leave nothing to compromise. Strictly professional with any and all of your business situations
DURING OUR WORKING HOURS:
Our commitment to you make us extra vigil during the hours we are on your property
- All suspicious persons will be questioned or asked to leave building, and the
proper authorities will be notified immediately. - All potentially hazardous situations will be diffused by removing combustibles
from source of heat and shutting off coffee machines, stoves or fans.Entrance doors to tenant's area will be locked while at work and after the work is completed. - All keys will be returned to a safe key box, or proper personnel after work.
- Any unauthorized persons will be denied access into the building or tenant areas.

Our employees shall not disturb papers on desks, open drawers, use telephones,
radios, television sets, or tamper with any personal belongings.
INITIAL CLEANING SCHEDULE
The initial cleaning includes :
- floor waxing,
- refinishing,
- carpet shampoo,
- detailed restroom cleaning
Upon contract start, the operation manager and supervisor shall review all areas to be
serviced, and schedule the initial cleaning.
This initial cleaning usually takes one (1) to three (3) weeks depending on the size and
condition of the building. A copy of this schedule is submitted to the property manager
for review.
ASSIGNING OF EMPLOYEES
After the walk through, the most suitable employees for the building area are selected, a
job description for each employee is made, and they will go through classroom training
before they are assigned to the location.
